What this does:
Fit Camp helps you reach your fitness goals faster and easier than you would on your own. You get to define how far and how hard you’d like to push yourself, so even though everyone may be doing the same exercise, you will be doing them to individual degrees and speeds.
Keeping fitness levels up without locking you down:
You never have to commit to more than a month at a time and there are no long-term contracts to lock you in.
