Fit Camp

  • $210 per month
  • Sessions run over 4 weeks
  • Mon, Wed, Fri – 5:45am – 6:30am

For those who need:
A push or a boost to their health and fitness, this is a programme that can be modified to your individual level and needs.

What this does:
Fit Camp helps you reach your fitness goals faster and easier than you would on your own. You get to define how far and how hard you’d like to push yourself, so even though everyone may be doing the same exercise, you will be doing them to individual degrees and speeds.

Keeping fitness levels up without locking you down:
You never have to commit to more than a month at a time and there are no long-term contracts to lock you in.

A little loving:
We’ve also included a 30-minute sports massage in your Fit Camp program to help your body heal and loosen any tight muscles, helping you stay strong and ready for your next training session!

Personal Training

  • One to one training
  • $37 for 30 minutes
  • $72 for 1 hour

For those who need:
Focus and attention to achieve specific goals, including weight loss, body toning and other fitness goals.

What this does:
We turn fit into fun with this one! Each session will be fun and engaging with your personal trainer who will be able to provide workouts within your range of fitness. We’ll have you achieving the results you desire within a reasonable time frame and you’ll notice the difference in how you feel!



  • Group fitness class
  • $13 per session
  • $22 per double session
  • Your choice of a single session, or block of 5 or 10

For those who need: 
Some time to relax and stretch it out.

What this does: 
Our instructor runs a variety of different yoga classes and adapts each session to suit the class. Yoga is a great way to improve movement and connect with your body.

For anyone from 6 months to 60 and beyond, we invite you to dip your toes and learn some strokes. We guarantee you’ll have a splash!  

What this does:
Improve your health and wellbeing while you gain an incredibly rewarding life skill.

We are endorsed through Royal Life Saving Society and instructors are all AustSwim qualified.

In term classes will follow the RLSS curriculum while private lessons are adapted to what you, or your child would like to focus on, including; water skills, stoke development, water safety and around the pool awareness.


Small Group Training

  • $17 per session
  • Maximum 4 people per group
  • Flexible training
Timing or frequency of our Fit Camp training not a good fit for you? Like the idea of Personal Training but would prefer to train with a group? This is for you! Our small group training sessions and flexible and stress-free, simply purchase a 5 or 10 session pass and we'll do the rest! You don't even need to gather a group - we'll slot you in with a group of people (with a maximum of 4 people per group) and arrange session times and frequencies that suit you.
